Price was good - shipping time was fast. However, when tool arrived mid afternoon via UPS, upon opening it I discovered that the tote (rear handle) of the plane was broken in half. I immediately contacted customer service- no response 24 hours later - sent another email - no response to date. Conclusion: They do not honor their customer and zero customer service. I have had to purchase a new handle from another source in order to use the plane. They have lost me as a future customer!

Great tool at a great price with fast shipping!

Tool was what I expected and price was right.

I bought a Craftsman chainsaw discounted. With a free shipping coupon, the total was only $100.
The shipping was fast and the saw works like a dream.

Delivery was on time. Product was what I ordered. Would use TylerTool again, especially for hard to find tools like 40v Makita.

The tool was a great price, arrived in great shape and on time.

The order arrived a day early and the contents of the order were in factory new condition without so much as a mar on the box. I am very happy with Tyler Tool's processing and shipping of my order as well as the competitive price for the items.

The box was damaged and part of it missing. The combo kit pieces were ok and there was a battery. I thought it would have a charger with it although the information did not say one was included. I sent it back and paid the shipping because it did not have a charger. I'm sure the product is ok but I did not like how the box was destroyed in shipping.
